What's the Emergenza Live Academy? Emergenza is a concert loving international team consisting of musicians, technicians, producers, artist managers, bookers, label managers etc. A diverse group spanning all aspects of the music industry, that is here to produce great concerts for new talent around the world. The Emergenza Live Academy provides the tools you need to become a master of concert production and gain knowledge of what role concerts play in the industry as a whole. Several people that have previously been trainees at Emergenza are now working as concert promoters, tour managers, club bookers and technicians.

We expect from you, that you - first and foremost love music and live concerts
- are committed and passionate and can work in a structured way
- aren't afraid of solving problems or working under pressure
- are eager to learn and like to be challenged
- want to become part of an including community
- are at least 20 years of age
